Osterville Village Library Receives 5 Star Award
Library Journal's new national rating of public libraries, the LJ
Index of Public Library Service, identifies 256 "star" libraries.
Eleven libraries were identified in Massachusetts as star libraries and six of these are on Cape Cod. Osterville shares a five star rating with Wellfleet.
